1. How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are made-to-order.
Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: 3–12 business days, depending on your country.
You will receive a tracking number once the order ships.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind because every item is produced individually.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
3. What if my package is lost?
If the carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will send a free replacement.
4. What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

After production begins, changes are no longer possible.
